How to Find Us

Meridian is located in Colchester in the Fort Ethan Allen area. From Route 15, turn onto Barnes Avenue. Take a right onto Hegeman Avenue. Our door is the second door on the right side of the building (as you’re facing the building from Hegeman). Unfortunately, we are not permitted to have signs on the street or on the front door. See the image below of our front door to help you find your way! Please call your clinician if you are having trouble finding our offices.
